Anton Molnar, Founder of IOA Building Inspections is a fully qualified Master Builder with more than 35 years experience in domestic and commercial construction including more than 25 years of inspection experience.

Having worked throughout Europe in commercial construction and throughout Australia in domestic & commercial construction, Anton offers his clients a wealth of support and experience in all factors of construction from domestic timber framing to multi-storey commercial fit-out.

Dedicated to helping Victorians with sound property and building advice, Anton also finds the time to help community groups such as the Peninsula Property Network, offering members’ information from building Standards & design assistance, to product installation techniques. and renovation pitfalls.

Hoping to make a difference and help new incumbents into the construction industry that little bit more aware, Anton also offers his experience at several tertiary education facilities training the new and upcoming Builders in areas of Structures and Codes, Estimating and Plan reading.
