Anton is extremely experienced and helped me with my PCI. He got along very well with the builders, had a great rapport and made everything a breeze. He was able to translate everything to simple terms for me to understand and make me aware is anything that needed to be amended or was a concern. He took lots of photos and provided me with a detailed report which I was able to use at hand over so I didn't need to remember anything. I would highly recommend Anton to anyone who needs a private building inspector. His professionalism and expertise was of great benefit during my pre construction inspection.

As a first time home buyer I was extremely grateful for Anton's knowledge and expertise. You can tell his years of experience will greatly benefit any potential homebuyer as he is very skilled at what he does. The organization of the inspection was seamless and definitely helped take the stress off of looking for a home. Our final report was even sent on the same day! As the report was an initial visual inspection we were effectively made aware of issues that required further investigation. With his recommendations we were able to make our final decision with complete peace of mind. I was also able to attend the inspection and he took the time to thoroughly explain all the relevant issues for which I was very appreciative. I recently had a building inspection by Anton. He was quite happy to do it within our limited time and provided a great comprehensive report which was explained thoroughly over the phone. We required an urgent 137B form for the sale of our house. We contacted Anton and discussed the issues, he was completely professional and understood the exact workings of what was required to pass our house offered a solution which allowed us to successfully obtain the 137B form and get our Contract of Sale finalised without any problems from our conveyancer.Without Anton and IOA building Inspection we would not have had a successful outcome, we were so pleased we thank and highly endorse his services without hesitation.

If you’re looking for a Building Inspector with all the necessary registrations, high level of expertise and reliability look no further than IOA Building Inspections. The owner is fantastic at his job, honest, professional and very timely with reports and is willing to discuss the findings in depth to those who don’t have the experience. I highly recommend using IOA, currently I’m getting a family home built and have engaged IOA for several stages of the build. You’ll be very surprised with what gets picked up in the reports, some stuff you wouldn’t have even thought of or noticed. The reports provide photographic proof of what needs to be rectified coupled by what is required to bring the work up to code. Bottom line is use IOA.

We highly recommend Anton. He responded to our initial enquiry quickly and provided a great overview of his services. He completed a very thorough inspection of a property we are looking to purchase. The report was well documented, easy to read, detailed and included photos. This has allowed us to go into purchasing this home well informed on the property. I was suggested to contact IOA Building Inspections when I needed assistance after my builder went into liquidation. Not being from a building background - I needed some professional support. I found Anton to be a wealth of information, thorough, patient, easy to talk to and super supportive. After his visit I was quickly provided with a detailed document covering his inspection which assisted me greatly. Anton recently completed an inspection on our new build in Officer South. He was was professional, thorough, fair in his appraisal and very importantly experienced and diplomatic in dealing with various personalities.The building supervisor had a quiet word with me later on and said “he’s one of the better ones”. I think it says a lot if a person who’s just been served a report of errors that they have to rectify, commends the report writer. I take this as a testament of Anton’s professionalism and experience in how this was done. I have no hesitation in recommending Anton.

Anton from IOA was extremely professional and knowledgeable, after dealing with several building and pest inspectors over my years as an agent, Anton was happy to provide assistance after a competitor of his provided an extremely basic and non-descriptive inspection at a property to provide my owner with a much more in depth analysis of the issues discovered at the property.
